Come join DogTrekker and the American Cancer Society on Saturday, July 21 for the 2nd annual Bark For Life of San Francisco. Walkers and their four-legged pals will hit Crissy Field in a non-competitive walk event to raise funds and awareness for the fight against cancer.  Spend the day by the bay starting with a relay-style walk around a designated track followed by fun activities for you and your pup!  Registration starts at 9 am, opening ceremony at 10 am, activities wrap up at 2 pm.

Yes, Your Dog Is Still Welcome at Dillon Beach

The recent announcement that the US Department of Fish and Wildlife was setting aside more shoreline, specifically at Dillon and Limantour Beaches, as Snowy Plover habitat fueled speculation that dog access at these popular destinations was now prohibited. Paw Prints 2012

Join DogTrekker and the Marin Humane Society on Saturday, July 21 for the second annual Paw Prints Dog Walk at McInnis Park in San Rafael. Enjoy a fun-packed morning starting with a scenic 1 mile or 1.7 mile walk along Bay wetlands followed by canine activities, face painting, raffle prizes and local vendors with fun stuff for you and your canine companions. Plus, music from KFOG 104.5. Registration begins at 8 a.m., walk starts at 9 a.m. and festivities continue through Noon.
