Mutt Strutt 2012

Last Saturday a parade of pooches took over Coyote Point Park in San Mateo for the annual Mutt Strutt. Close to 500 uprights and over 300 dogs strutted their stuff to raise money for the Peninsula Humane Society’s Hope Program.

Dog Days of Summer at AT&T Park

DogTrekker was on the field and in the bleachers last Sunday at AT&T Park for the 13th annual Dog Days of Summer to benefit the San Francisco SPCA. Over 600 dogs, many dressed in their best San Francisco Giants orange and black attire, competed in the best-dressed contest and then strutted their stuff around the field to the cheers of appreciative fans.

Bark in the Park 2012

Bark in the Park San Jose 2012 is almost here and DogTrekker is looking forward to another paw-tastic day at William Street in downtown San Jose. Last year's event was pretty spectacular (see what we thought here) and we are guessing this year’s event will be another crowd pleaser. On Saturday uprights and their dogs will gather from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in downtown San Jose for the largest dog festival in the United States.
