Bay Area Pet Expo 2013

Here at DogTrekker we are starting 2013 off with a bang at the Bay Area Pet Expo taking place Saturday, January 12 at the Santa Clara Fairgrounds. Come join us, and over 150 local and nationally recognized veterinarians, groomers, trainers, retailers and organizations for a fun filled pet-centric day. Uprights and their and their well-behaved dogs are welcome to peruse the booths at this free indoor event from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Dogs Offer Comfort In Connecticut

There is no way to adequately cope with the tragedy that befell Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut last week, but multiple groups of unconventional “therapists” have arrived on the scene to try and give some comfort. Specially trained therapy dogs, and their handlers, have been arriving over the past few days to provide some relief to grieving children and adults.
