Hike and Splash in Shasta Cascade

Kayla at Sundial Bridge DogTrekker.com attended the annual Shasta Cascade Tourism Summit this week at the Red Lion Hotel in Redding. We met with tourism and hospitality leaders to talk about everything dog-friendly, plus to dig up new stories for our upcoming May 14th DogTrekker newsletter celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Sundial Bridge. In addition to Redding and the Shasta Cascade’s pet-friendly places to stay and chow-down, this issue will cover the hundreds of miles of dog-friendly trails, splash zones, houseboats and road trips throughout the area. Plus, throughout the month of May, Paw Press will feature new off-leash hikes given to us from our friends at the Bureau of Land Management.
