DogTrekker and staff (including our Chief Operating Dog, Kayla) attended a fun-filled day on Treasure Island Saturday, August 2nd for the 2nd Annual Harvest Howl. Held at the very dog-passionate Treasure Island Winery, there was wine tasting for uprights 21 years and older, K9 obedience and demonstrations, local food vendors and plenty of doggie-treats to go around.
The San Francisco SPCA, beneficiary of the event, was on hand with a couple of adorable adoptable senior dogs and set up and organized the popular agility course.
According to Treasure Island Wine's Lou Felsher, "attendance and donations at this year's event doubled over the inaugural year." She went on to say, "we were thrilled to have DogTrekker, Well Dog massage and Homemade Organic dog treats join us this year. We decided to limit vendors at this event so they would get more attention and it worked beautifully."
