DogTrekker attended the 17th annual Bark in the Park Saturday, a fundraising event hosted by the Naglee Park neighborhood's Campus Community Association (CCA), with all proceeds benefiting the CCA, Humane Society Silicon Valley and San Jose Animal Care Center.
Organizers said that over 3,100 dogs and 15,000 uprights attended this wonderful event that featured contests, music, demonstrations and more.
DogTrekker was in the middle of the craziness, along with partner Visit Mendocino County, and their Director of Barketing, Hairy Putter.
Ken Podgorsek, 2011 Chair of Bark in the Park, said at the end of the daylong event, “great weather and a very fun day for all of our Four-Legged Friends and their best friends. Thanks to our guests, vendors and volunteers for once again making Bark in the Park the dog event of the year.”
