A wonderful wine event to benefit Woods Humane Society is happening April 26 and 27. The stunning wine region of San Luis Obispo County, voted Best Wine Region for 2013 by Wine Enthusiast magazine, is hosting wine loving dog owners and their pups to sip on award-winning wines, nibble on special treats and bask in the sun, all while supporting a great cause. Just by visiting any of the participating wineries during this weekend, the winery will donate part of their proceeds to Woods Humane.
There are so many options to choice from that to help you plan your trip; we’ve put together an itinerary of the 57 wineries that allow leashed, friendly dogs on their property. Many even let Maggie join you in the tasting room. Please be sure to look at each wineries listing for more details on their policy.
No advanced tickets are needed. Print your free passport here, or pick one up at any participating winery during the event. Get your passport stamped when you purchase something and you’ll be entered into the raffle.
