You and your four-legged friends are invited to dress up in your most fang-tastic Halloween costumes and head to the Oakland waterfront on Saturday, October 28 for Boo! Bark, Brews + Bites, a free Halloween celebration.
This spooktacular event will take place from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. throughout Jack London Square. There will be plenty of great bites, brews, and, best of all, barks!
The waterfront will be packed with dog-friendly activities and people-friendly food and drinks. All visitors will be able to enjoy paw painting, pet pampering and even a pet psychic.
Special to this year’s event, Jack London Square welcomes charity partner Canine Companions for Independence and their annual DogFest Walk n' Roll Bay Area to coincide with Boo! Bark, Brews + Bites.
DogFest Walk 'n Roll is a dog and family-friendly .25 mile walk along the waterfront of Jack London Square celebrating Canine Companions for Independence, the national non-profit organization training assistance dogs for people with disabilities, free of charge.
By bringing the two events together, Jack London Square ensures an unforgettable community celebration of man’s best friend, while raising awareness and funds for dog-friendly initiatives in the Bay Area. Both Boo! Bark, Brews + Bites and DogFest Walk n' Roll Bay Area are open to the public and free to attend, with food and beverage available for purchase.
All proceeds will benefit Canine Companions for Independence.
So grab your leash and get ready to have a tail-waggin' good time!
