On Saturday, July 23rd, The Marin Humane Society held their 2nd Annual 'Paw Prints' fundraising event at McInnis Park in San Rafael. DogTrekker's Research Lab, Kayla, was on hand for the event along with many other dog-passionate providers of services, nutritional products, art and more. Over 110 registrants participated, raising more than $35,000, twice as much as the inaugural year.
According to MHS Director of Communication, Carrie Harrington, "the Paw Prints Dog Walk was a great opportunity for dog guardians to parade their pooches and help spread the word and raise money for the Marin Humane Society shelter animals. This event was the first of what we hope will be an annual tradition at McInnis Park in San Rafael, and we look forward to continuing to grow the event."
