Concord and the rest of Contra Costa County are in Phase 2 of the state's reopening plan, meaning outdoor seating at restaurants, camping, picnic grounds, dog parks and more are now available. Hotels for leisure travelers and bars that were originally set to open July 1 will not open until a future date.
Keep in mind that the state of California requires face covering in most indoor setting and public outdoor spaces where physical distancing cannot be maintained. Keep current on Concord's reopening plans here.
